My good friend William DeCoff asked me to play a small role in a movie he was leading. He kills me in the movie. It is 21 minutes long. If you lack time you can jump to 13:41 where I come in. I have been in like 8 or 9 movies with William, but this is the first time either of us killed the other. I am looking to get my own back now!
William’s acting is really great! I think the scene in the Diner is my favorite of all the scenes I have seen him in. That seen starts on 3:31. The film has an “Tales from the Crypt” like intro that last that long. I liked the intro, and the idea of it, but I think it should have been only like a minute and a half at most. Just my opinion. Also I wanted to mention Margot Muraszkiewicz who plays Williams wife in the film. She was really great also, and a totally cool person to hang out with. I look forward to working with her again sometime in the future.
Check this out. I acted in a movie called “The Golden Boys” a few years back that stars David Carradine, Rip Torn, Bruce Dern, Mariel Hemingway, Charles Durning, John Savage and Angelica Torn. I have been waiting to see when this movie might come out to the theaters. Still not sure, but I did find this website about the movie. The most coolest thing to me is that I feature on the page along with the main actors. You can see my photo next to the big stars. This is pretty rare for someone at my level, so I think it is so cool. Also the caption for my photo really makes me feel warm inside.
Here is a little postcard I am working on. I will be sending it out to casting directors in the area when I am satisfied with it. Let me know what you think. I want to use the fact this film is getting some notice to my advantage if possible. Like most actors I don’t like the salesman part of acting, but it must be done to get anywhere sadly. The finish product will have my phone numbers instead of email.
