Donald Foley was born and raised in northern Massachusetts where he still resides today. His first acting gigs consisting of him running naked through his parents parties shouting “I am Batman look at me”, and then being sent promptly to bed with out any desert. Later he got his first taste of the performing arts when he played the role of a drunken pirate in a summer school play when he was 10 years old. His role consisted of staggering across the stage yelling “Arrrgggh!” and “We’re be the Rum!!” and any other pirate like things that came to mind; this was Don’s first try at improvisational acting.

Donald stepped away from his acting path for many years as he pursued other interest such as music and computer programming. But in these last few years he has come back to his first love with a passion and dedication that has resulted in him acting in over 30 movies in only two and a half years. He has received a nomination for best actor in a dramatic role at the 2005 SunDeis Film Festival and won first prize with a fellow actor in the March 2005 SlamBoston! short play competition. His latest projects include the movie ‘Chatham‘ starring David Carradine and the Showtime original series ‘Brotherhood‘ starring Jason Isaacs.
